Requirement: Full Time Location: KSA

The Intern will support various departments within Beyond, gaining exposure to different areas of the business and contributing to key initiatives. The Intern will work closely with team members and will gain valuable experience in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day tasks in various departments, including research, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Attend meetings and training sessions to gain exposure to different areas of the business.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide valuable insights and ideas to the team.
• Continuously learn and improve skills related to the business and industry.
• Contribute to the organization's internal initiatives and business development efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with data and conducting research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in the organization's industry and business operations.
• Manage and coordinate project portfolios to ensure that all projects are aligned with organizational objectives, and that resources are allocated effectively.
• Ensure that project progress is tracked and reported regularly to senior management, and that risks and issues are identified and managed appropriately.
