Requirement: Full Time Location: KSA

The Researcher and Proposal Designer will be responsible for conducting research and analyzing data to inform business proposals and project plans. The ideal candidate will be able to design visually appealing and engaging proposals that effectively communicate the research findings and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze data to inform business proposals and project plans.
• Design visually appealing and engaging proposals that effectively communicate research findings and project objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand their objectives and ensure that proposals are aligned with their goals.
• Develop creative and compelling visual concepts for proposals, using graphics, images, and other design elements.
• Write clear and concise proposals that effectively communicate the research findings and project objectives.
• Edit and proofread proposals to ensure that they are error-free and meet quality standards.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in research and proposal design.
• Provide training and support to other team members on research and proposal design best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in research and proposal design.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research, analyze data and synthesize findings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and InDesign.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise proposals and present research findings.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to develop visually appealing and engaging proposals that effectively communicate research findings and project objectives.
