Senior Business Development Specialist

Requirement: Full Time Location: KSA

A Senior Business Development Specialist who is likely to grow the business and find prospective clients who can be beneficial for the business in the long & short run. The Sr.BD Specialist will be responsible for finding new targets and leads to promote the services of the business. This role is very crucial as acquiring new clients and retaining the old ones is the major goal of any organization. The candidate must be an active listener, have powerful communication and sales skills and personality, have a strong passion to chase and close new business deals from cold calls to inbound warm leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients to establish relationships and arrange meetings.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Maintain current client relationship and identify areas for potential clients.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Develop quotes and oversee proposal development.
  • Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments.
  • Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
  • Stay informed of the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher graduate.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the project management field.
  • Fluency in the English language in both written and spoken formats.
  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • A Get Things Done attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
